Jenn is 5’7 and is wearing a size 1. The brand is Judy Blue.  They are running TTS.  Sizing: 0(24), 1 (25), 3(26), 5(27), 7(28), 9(29), 11(30), 13(31), 15(32).  If you wear Judy Blue and go in between sizes, suggest sizing down on these.
